Ask a question confirmation

When asking a question through the ÐAsk a QuestionÓ or ÐContact UsÓ pages, there is no page confirming that the question has been submitted and that someone will get to the customer shortly. It simply goes back to the home page. From a customer point of view there should either be a confirmation on the next page stating that someone will get back to them shortly, or possibly even an email confirmation to their email address saying that same thing.

From my point of view, the questions do arrive into my inbox, but from the customer point of view, I would usually like to receive a confirmation that my question has been sent (or received).
