Some of us with Atlas websites are not selling goods, but providing services. Shopping carts, shipping policies etc are not really appropriate for a service provider. I think that the designers should look at the Atlas facilities from the point of view of service providers and not just from the point of view of those who sell goods. For a start, the policies facilities should be more flexible and not restricted to Privacy, Shipping and Returns. The headings for a Policy entry could include "Indemnity" and Limitation of Liability", but why not just leave the Heading up to the website owner? I suggest that the designers devote some time to thinking about services and not just goods. I should add that I am very happy with the MYOB/Google approach to website design, but it could do with some tweaking. What do other service providers think?
